Management & Lease

Run by residents, for residents

Admiral's Quay Gosport Limited (AQGL) is a non-profit residential management company, responsible for maintenance and services across the estate.

The directors and committee members meet quarterly. All leaseholders are, by definition, members of AQGL, and are welcome to stand for the committee or raise items at the AGM.

Grounds & Buildings

Upkeep of gardens, parking areas and the external fabric of all six courts.

Communal Areas

Cleaning, lighting and maintenance of shared halls, stairwells and entrances.

Governance

Service charge budgets and major works are agreed by the directors and committee on residents' behalf.
